Jenkins Law are a niche independent firm of Chartered Surveyors established in 2006 focusing on the retail and leisure sectors of the commercial property market.

We also provide strategic advice on other Landlord and Tenant matters including drafting new leases, lease surrenders & regears as well as advising on assignments and subletting. We are able to assist our clients in cutting costs or maximizing value, and our vast experience is supported by current knowledge of market conditions through the agency market. We are therefore able to offer a bespoke service to Landlords and Tenants involving in depth analysis and the implementation of a strategic approach to professional matters.
