He also handles lease renewals and rent reviews across the UK.
Paul, the founding Director of Jenkins Law, boasts over 25 years of experience in commercial property.
Before establishing Jenkins Law, Paul was an Asset Manager at Equity Law for a decade and was also an Equity Partner at Robinson Somerston for 17 years.
Paul specializes in investment, retail agency, and large store instructions.
Andrew, a consultant at Jenkins Law, brings extensive experience as a practicing surveyor since 1989. He specializes in professional matters within the leisure, license, and hotel markets, serving as an Arbitrator and Independent Expert for the RICS President. Andrew represents landlords and tenants, offering expertise in arbitration, independent expert proceedings, and valuation.
Starting as an apprentice surveyor in 2015, Danny is now a senior surveyor and Associate member of the RICS at Jenkins Law.
Specializing in rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease regears, Danny works on commercial properties including retail, leisure, offices, and industrial sites.
He's also a specialist in the convenience store market across England and Wales.
Kyle joined Jenkins Law in September 2019, as an apprentice surveyor. Having recently completed his Real Estate Management degree at UCEM, receiving a first class with honours, he is now working towards his APC.
Kyle has several years of agency experience, which has developed from initially assisting the directors, acting on a variety of retail and leisure property instructions.
Kyle is also involved in rent review and lease renewal transactions, for a mixture of Landlord and Tenant clients.
Sam joined Jenkins Law in September 2023 as an apprentice surveyor and has recently started his studies towards a BSc(Hons) Real Estate Management degree at UCEM.
Sam has an active role assisting all members of the team on mixture of agency and lease advisory instructions with a particular focus on retail and leisure property in Greater London.
